Plotta Terms of Service

Welcome to Plotta! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the Plotta mobile application ("Service", "App") operated by us ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Plotta, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in Hong Kong and your local jurisdiction.

2. Accounts and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. If you are under the age of majority, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service allows you to view short dramas, videos, and other content ("Content"). All Content available on Plotta is the property of Plotta or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Content without our prior written permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service.
• Harassing, bullying, or intimidating other users.

5. Purchases and Virtual Currency

Plotta may offer virtual currency (e.g., "Coins") or subscriptions to access premium content.

• Virtual Items: Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play).

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Plotta, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
